Data-Driven Decisions: We move beyond "visual guesses." Using the TRAQ framework, we evaluate the tree’s structural integrity, the surrounding "targets" (your home, power lines, or play areas), and the likelihood of failure within a specific timeframe.
Risk Mitigation Strategies: Our goal isn't just to find problems, but to find solutions. A TRAQ assessment might result in a recommendation for structural pruning, soil remediation, or cabling—often saving a tree that a less-qualified eye might have marked for removal.
Professional Liability & Insurance: For property developers, municipalities, and estate owners, a formal TRAQ report provides the documented due diligence required for insurance compliance and legal protection.

Tree Care Management Plans (TCMP)

Tree management plans allow individuals to take complete control of the trees on-site, or around a domestic building. The plan includes a comprehensive survey on the health and safety of the tree.
