Expert diagnostics, risk assessments, and tree protection plans backed by the highest credential in modern arboriculture.
-
Systematic, objective evaluation of structural stability, internal decay, root degradation, and load failure risks using Tree Risk Assessment Qualified (TRAQ) protocols. We provide clear, written risk-rating reports to help property owners, municipalities, and insurance providers manage liability.
-
Pre-construction mapping of Critical Root Zones (CRZs), site grading evaluations, and protective barrier specs required for municipal building permits. We monitor active construction sites to prevent soil compaction, root destruction, and mechanical damage to high-value mature trees during excavation.
-
Comprehensive canopy mapping for large residential estates, commercial sites, resort properties, and municipalities. We index species composition, age, structural health, and risk levels to build multi-year, prioritized maintenance and budget schedules.
-
Specialized property inspections for home buyers evaluating mature canopy health before closing. We identify hidden structural hazards, invasive pests, soil issues, and impending high-cost removals to inform purchase negotiations.
-
